Categories:
NinerNotice
Campus users are reporting having trouble logging into the wired network (the internet connection using a physical cable plugged into your device) today, Thursday, June 25.
This issue affects faculty and staff computers and shared computers including labs and classroom podiums.
The Office of OneIT is aware of the issue and is actively working to fix it as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, please try the following steps to get back online:
- Reboot computer, the docking station and large conference monitors: Turn your computer or device completely off and back on again and follow sign-in prompts.
- Use Eduroam Wi-Fi: If your device supports wireless internet, please connect to the campus Wi-Fi network instead. You might be prompted to install a new eduroam certificate or forget the eduroam network.
If help is needed after trying these steps, please contact the OneIT Service Desk.
Next NinerNotice: The next NinerNotice will be sent when service is restored.
