NinerNotice: OneIT Extended Maintenance and Impacts

The Office of OneIT conducts routine, extended maintenance throughout the year to keep the network and systems updated and properly functioning. The latest extended maintenance period began at 5 p.m., today, Monday, May 12, and will continue through 5 p.m., Sunday, May 18.

Why this matters:

  • During this maintenance period, emergency communication lines may be inoperable. This includes calling Campus Police at 704-687-2200 and using a blue light phone on campus.
  • The dates these outages are most likely to occur are Tuesday, May 13, and Wednesday, May 14.
  • Should you be unable to contact Campus Police, please dial 911 to reach CMPD or use the LiveSafe app. CMPD will notify Campus Police.
