Law enforcement continues to investigate an incident near campus on Mary Alexander Road, near the Mallard Green Apartments.

Mary Alexander Road, between Cameron Blvd. and Mallard Creek Church Rd., is closed. Inbound and outbound traffic should avoid that connection and use the N. Tryon St. and University City Blvd. campus entrances, as John Kirk Dr. will likely experience congestion.

There remains no known threat to campus. You will see heavy police presence in the area during this time. Please avoid the area until the situation is resolved.
