NinerNotice: Issues with on-campus telephone service

The University experienced a short network outage this morning that impacted the phone system. Service was quickly restored, but OneIT continues to investigate the issue with the provider.

Emergency Calls

This problem impacted emergency calls to campus dispatch.

If the outage occurs again, cell phones must be used for all phone calls.

For emergency service, call 911 which will connect you to CMPD who will notify University police of the issue.
